Consultation and Estimate
We can discuss any questions you have by phone or email. If you are in the local area, we can also set up a design appointment. For ideas, feel free to view our design samples in our Envelopments Gallery. You can also order from our custom collection.

After the consultation, we will provide you with a quote based on designs and styles discussed. Once the details are set, we will email you an Order Agreement along with a deposit invoice. A signed agreement and a 50% non-refundable deposit will allow us to begin the design process.
Proof and Sample
You will receive a proof of your design showing your wording and requested design elements within 5 business days. To ensure that your invitation has the perfect layout, we allow 3 free rounds of digital revisions.
Once you approve your proof, we will create an optional mock sample for you. This gives you a chance to see the actual invitation as it will look when your guests receive it.
Your final payment is due prior to your order shipping.
*Payments must clear and a signed contract must be received before we continue the printing phase.
FAQ's
Monograms and Postage
Monograms and custom designed postage stamps are a great personal touch. We have modern and classic monogram styles and custom stamp designs for your event. Choose your style and personalize your stationery and/or favor items. See designs at our Zazzle store and our monogram section.
Q. How long will my custom designed invitations take to be made?
A. We typically require 4-6 weeks to print and assemble your invites after your proofs are approved. This means that you should start the invitation process as soon as possible in order to ensure that your invitations are delivered in a timely manner.
Q. How far in advance should I send out my invitations?
A. We recommend that you send your invitations at least 6-8 weeks in advance, and possibly longer if you have quite a few out-of-town guests or if you are having a destination wedding.
Q. Do my invitations come assembled?
A. No. By assembled we mean stuffing any inserts into pocket folds and/or your invitations into envelopes. Any mounted layers and embellishments will be adhered for you. However, we can stuff, seal and/or stamp your wedding invitations for you for an additional fee. Please contact us for pricing.
